1. Services
We provide astrological consultations, personalised astrological reports (PDF), and related guidance services.
All services are provided for self-awareness, personal insight and guidance purposes only.
Astrology is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
By using this website and purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Booking & Payment
All consultations and reports must be paid in full in advance.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe, Thinkific or PayPal).
We do not store your payment details.
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Delivery of Services
– Consultations are provided via Zoom at the agreed time.
– PDF reports are delivered by email within the stated timeframe (e.g. within 7 working days).
– It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal information, including correct birth data.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, the session is non-refundable.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of the services:
– Astrological consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
– Personalised PDF reports are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you experience technical issues or errors on our part, please contact us and we will review the situation.
7. Disclaimer
Astrology does not predict guaranteed outcomes or specific events.
We do not guarantee results, outcomes or changes in your life.
All interpretations are offered as guidance and personal insight only.
All decisions and actions taken after a consultation or report remain entirely your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services.
You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions and decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, materials and consultation content are the intellectual property of the service provider.
They may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
All personal information and consultation content are treated as confidential.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
11. Technical Issues
We are not responsible for technical problems beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, Zoom disruptions, email delivery issues).
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
